Unity 4.0(4) CD Set

Customer needs a replacement 4.0(4) CD set to recover from a 4.0(5) upgarde that is having problems. What is the ordering info/process for the complete 4.0(4) set?

unity CDs shipping in DVD format.

first open a TAC case. then use the cisco.com ProductUpgradeTool to order the unity CDs. you'll need the TAC case number to attach to the ProductUpgradeTool order. (at the following link: http://tools.cisco.com/gct/Upgrade/jsp/index.jsp )

if 4.04 not available in CD format, then get hold of TAC and let them know you need CD.

should take no more than 2 days if you order correctly.
