I need to migrate a Unity 4.0.5 voicemail only server to a new platform prior to upgrading to 5.0.1. The current system has Exchange 2000 and Server 2000. If I build the new server with Exchange 2003 and Server 2003, will DIRT have any problems restoring to the new 4.0.5 server since it was backed up using server and exchange 2000? Please advise.

Josh,
DiRT will restore onto the system regardless of the OS/hostname, etc. It's only concerned with the Unity software versions being identical as the backed up server.
Hope that helps,
Brad

If Exchange is offbox on the new server, will that be a problem?

Nope, DiRT is only looking at the Unity version.
