I have the following setup:
Unity 4.0.5, TSP 8.0.1(b), Win2003SP1
CM 4.1.3 SR1
G.729 for all prompts and recordings.
I get frequent lockups for my voice ports, event viewer shows CiscoUnity_WAV errors and CiscoUnity_MIU errors.
Once I restart the machine, it works for a couple of hours, then ports lock up again.
I reverted back to TSP 7.0.4(b) and everything is running superb.
Any quick hints before I start in depth trouble shooting?

You'll want to open up a TAC case for this. There were some issues related to blind transfers that could result in locked ports that were fixed in a post-8.0.1b TSP. It'll need to be posted for you.

Is there an updated TSP to be aware of past 8.0.1(b)? We upgraded our system to Unity 4.05 this weekend. When upgrading the unity primary server, during the installation we got an error message stating there was a problem with the TSP install, to re-install after setup completed, which we did. Everything else seemed to update correctly. We tested calls, MWI, failover, TRAP, ciscopca, etc and everything was fine.
At 8:17am this morning, a call came into the secondary server on port 1 (why we dont know as I was monitoring ports and there were several free ports on primary). We tried to failback and the failover did NOT complete...until we rebooted the primary server. We failed back to the primary server, set the secondary server not to answer calls if inactive and am working again.
I am suspicious of the TSp for many reasons, esp because of the error we recd yesterday. We are running 8.0.1(b) on Unity 4.05 with exchange off-box and CM 3.4
Will open a TAC ticket but wanted feedback from here as it is usually very valuable. I can post any files if necessary, just let me know what you need.
