Very quick question:
I have a Unity 4.0 server. A license report shows:
LICSubscribersMax: 225
LICUMSubscribersMax: 190
My failing memory seems to remember that this means that the system is licensed for 225 users, of which up to 190 can have UM enabled via their Class of Service? Specifically, the system is NOT licensed for 415 users. Could anybody confirm?
Thanks. Barry

Thanks Ryan
I did raise this with TAC as well (as I had some upgrade licenses to order) and received the following back which confirmed.

From a technical perspective, you have a total amount of 215 users of which 190 can be UM.
Every time you create a Unified Messaging User, you will see how a Cisco Unity Subscriber and Cisco Unity Subscriber- UM license is used.
