So since TAC isn't in the business of completely resolving problems any more... I'm here for help.
I installed Unity 4.0(3). Was unable to install users via SAWeb, but was able to Import them with the bulk tool (Unified, btw). Long story short, I ended up uninstalling Unity, removing the Unity accounts, recreating the accounts and reinstalling with Unity 4.0(4).
I can now Add via SAWeb, however, the uninstall failed for whatever reason to remove the old Unity properties and the new Unity build will not import the users (this is where TAC sees my problem resolved and I am informed I have to open a new case).
Is there any way to Bunny Killer these accounts? Will BK running on AD/E2k3? What are my options. New accounts create fine now.
Thanks,

Uninstall probably failed for the same reasons you couldn't create users in the SA - it leverages the same services/accounts to remove properties/objects from the direcotry as the SA does so the fact that both were having trouble is not suprising.
Yes, Remove Subscriber Properties (aka Bunny Killer - we're trying to be more PC over here in Customer Applications these days) - you can find the latest version on its home page here:
http://www.ciscounitytools.com/App_BunnyKiller.htm
The tool doesn't have any relationship with Exchange, it's purely looking at properties/objects in AD - so E2K3 wont have any bearing here. It has been tested in Win 2000 and 2003 and works fine in both.
In the latest version you can select multiple users and clean them all in one shot - just be _real_ careful you don't select valid subscribers - it will let you wax properties on them as well so proceed with caution.

Yeah.... ok... BK worked great.
I should easy off the 24oz coffees when I run into problems :-)
