Unity 4.02 and not receiving messages

I have one subscriber who has said that people have claimed to have left several messages and she has not received them. I have ran DBWalker, and have found no significant errors. I checked the MTA folder and have no messages stuck in there. I have left test messages for her and she did receive them.

What else can I do to troubleshoot?

Check the UnityMta\failed folder too

Is this subscriber is getting messages from everyone?

If yes, I'd check the caller. If the caller is also a subscriber (or exchange user), the caller may have send-restrictions when the caller's mailbox gets full.

Any error messages in the app logs?
