Unity 4.1 Installation Problem

Hi, when installing Unity for the purpose of upgrading the hardware, the OS of win2003 loads fine, configuration assistant loads the licenses-fine. Problem occurs on the next step "Configuring Services" when entering the logon and password for unitydirstore, continually get response of "incorrect password" ?? We can logon to the domain with these credentials, and currently TAC is confused, any help would be appreciated.

I have the same issue but with unity 5 ,I logged on using dirsvc account and ran the wizard which passed the dirsvc part but failed the msgstore part ,logged off and on as msgstore and ran it again ,and it passed all parts and was succesfull ,not sure if this helps .
