Unity 4.2 with Domino 6.5

Hi There,

I have had some problems with installing Unity 4.2 and integrating it with Domino 6.5, main problem here is that my customer is not using Lotus Notes so everything he has is Domino, I followed the instructions for installing Unity but I am stuck at the point in which I have to install Notes on the Unity Server, I have no idea about whether or not this one will affect my customer's Domino Configuration as well as if this is necessary. I'd like to know if it's necessary to install Lotus Notes on the unity server as well as if this does not affect the performance of Domino even if the current configuration is not working with notes.

Excerpt from this link:
