UNITY 4.2

Guys i m trying to install UNITY 4.2 on win 2003 server with sql 2000 (sp 4) and exchange 2003 (sp2) can someone send me a easy doco to do that i have tried to get it from cisco online doco....but its so complexed.....can someone send me a tailored made easy doco ro save my life :-) regards

Is this voice messaging or Unified messaging, with or with out failover ? we could write stories about each of those scenarios. Please specify!!

You might have to upgrade some of your sp(s).
