Hi -
We are using Unity as a voicemail system only, and have a number of users on different IP phones/dir numbers that would like to share the same voicemail box? Is this possible?

under subscriber go to alt, extension. you can place 9 additional extensions there.

If you use Unity as your autoattendant, and you dial on of these alternate extensions, the primary user's extension is called.
That was a bit of a drawback for us.
