Unity 4.x Supervised Tranfer

We have a OG Call Handler setup to accept calls and Supervise Transfer with HOLD BUSY.

Every 30 sec Unity Prompts:

Select 1 to remain on hold

Select 2 to Leave a message

Select 3 to Try a diff EXT

If you do not choose one of these options it ships you back to the SYSTEM OG Call Handler.

Is there a way to edit this ALWAYS HOLD Greeting and Caller Input?

No, that's not an editable conversation at this point, it's hard coded behavior. It's done that way to prevent ports from being "burned" (i.e. a disconnect being missed and the port stays off hook forever).
