We have a OG Call Handler setup to accept calls and Supervise Transfer with HOLD BUSY.
Every 30 sec Unity Prompts:
Select 1 to remain on hold
Select 2 to Leave a message
Select 3 to Try a diff EXT
If you do not choose one of these options it ships you back to the SYSTEM OG Call Handler.
Is there a way to edit this ALWAYS HOLD Greeting and Caller Input?
