I have Unity 4.0(5) running in its own AD forest/domain with its own AD DC/GC and Exchange servers. The customer has since installed their own AD forest and domain, Exchange, etc. Is there any way I can get Unity to trust the new message store?

According to the Unity 4.0 design guide you can integrate with up to 5 domains in the same forest, but never multiple forests.
