UNITY 5.0 "unknown problems are preventing the completion of the call"

this error started popping up for the users this week "unknown problems are preventing the completion of the call". There have been no changes made and all the documentation I find is for Unity 3 $ 4.O. Has anyone seen this recently?

What are they trying to do? Usually this means that Unity cant dial out via CUCM

we figured out what happened. Today we were getting database communication errors on the publisher. Not sure why this occurred when it was working fine till this morning, but all the UNITY ports had lost communication with the CUCM publisher, after rebooting CUCM publisher everything is now fine
