Unity 5 with windows 2003 and Exchange 2007

When I go to configure the cisco unity services I recieve this error

How did you install this server?

It should go like this: (Vm only OR UM)

Windows 2003

DataStore

Exchange 2003 SP2 management

Unity 5.x

Separate server:

Exchange 2007

You can not load all on one server anymore. If you use Exchange 2003, you can load all on one server if you need to. (Voicemail Only)
