Hello,
We have a newly installed Cisco unity server with software version : Cisco Unity 7.0 Build 7.0(2) and we have intergrated the Unity server with IBM Lotus Domino.
The unity server is functioning properly but yesterday a problem started with the System Administration page - we cannot load it and we get the following error:
Unrecognized error
hr=0x80080005 (Server execution failed\x0D\x0A)
From: global.asa--Initialize()
Please see your Cisco Unity system administrator for more details.
We found out this url :

and we followed the procedure that is reccomended in this document but the result is the same. The system administration page is not loaded.
We haven' made any changes to this server so this problem seems a little bit weird for us.

Are you accessing the SA on the local server itself or from a remote workstation?
Are you using HTTP or HTTPS to access SA?
Although it may not clear this particular issue up, good first steps would be to:
Restart IIS, WWW, and Cisco Tomcat server from the services panel.
Do you get any other errors within the browser, system, or application event logs?

Hello,
Accessing the SA either from the local server or from a remote workstation the problem remains the same.
We are using http to access the SA
We restarted the mentioned services and we do not get any errors. We just see the informational logs that services are stopped and restarted.
