Unity 7 / Exchange UM - Single MWI Issue

Unity 7.x 7.0(2) - Exchange 2k3 2003 w/ Unified Messaging

I have one user that is having MWI problems. The Lamp won't go on or off and the envelope won't appear or disappear on the phone. User reports intermittent, no other users report this.

I've run CUDLE (Data Line Explorer) from Tools depot and have noted the correct SMTP address for the subscriber. Additionally, I can dial drom the phone to manually turn on/off the lamp. I notice in CUDLE, the MWIStatePending flag is set to "1" for this subscriber only.

Suggestions?

Has a manual Refresh on the subscriber "Messages" menu cleared up the issue?

I would also maybe try the BulkSubscriberLogout tool located in Commserver\Utilities for just this one user and see if that helps you out.
