Unity '9582' error

I am running a 7835 I server with 4gb of memory and Unity 4.0.4 with all the service packs on it. I am getting a exchange 9582 error every hour on the hour that says exchange is fragmented in such a way that service may be degraded. We have done almost everything that TAC has asked as well as MS and the error is still there, Has anyone seen this or does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this. I am for sowngrading memory to 3gb as I know windows 2000 server and memory are always issues but this is really not an answer. Any help would be appreciated
