What caveats are there when moving from AD2000 to a AD2003 infrastructure.
I am sure that you would have to rerun the permissions wizard but if Unity 4.2)X) is already in place the ADSchemaUpdate would most likely noy have to be rerun correct?
You should be ok. I had to think about this the last time I did this. I had a 4.2x Unity server running in a w2k domain. I installed a new 2003 server, and did a DC promo. This upgraded the entire domain to 2003. Unity did not have any issues. I then could install Exchange 2003 and another Unity 4.2 server. Everything seemed fine. I transfered my FISMO roles to the 2003 server was about the only other thing I did.
