Hi !
1) How Unity distinguish e-mail, fax and voice messages when it checks subscriber mailbox ?
2) When Unity checks subscriber mailbox for new messages it looks only in Inbox or in all folders ?
Thank you
Sergey

1. Unity uses extended MAPI properties to determine if a message is of a particular type (i.e the message class of IPM.Note.Voice.Unity with a media type of voice and an attached WAV is considered a voice mail). Fax types can be defined by the 3rd Party Fax Configuration tool since 3rd party fax servers use various message classes for new messages.
2. Unity can only access the Inbox and Deleted Items folder (it can empty the sent items folder as well) - no other folders are accessed.

Hi !
Thank you for the answers. I have one more question.
Does 100MB maximum mailbox size recommendation refers to the folders that Unity can access or it refers to the user mailbox as a whole?

Users mailbox as a whole - it's just a recommendation, not a hard limit.
