Does Unity Express 1.1 support page notification?

A question regarding CUE 1.1:

Does Unity Express support message notification to page or Email?

I looked through the administration guide, it looks no where to mention on message notification that can be done as in Unity 4.x.

Can anyone provide some links or information on this?

No it does not. The only kind of outdialing it does is for MWI. You'll need to contact someone on the sales side to try to get that prioritized. I know the request has come up before, but I'm not sure if or when this might be available. It won't be in the very next release.
