Unity - Automatically copy voicemail to another user voicemail

Hi,

We received an request from one of our managers, they would like a staff member voicemail be copied to their voicemail box when they are received. I'm not finding any documents for this procedure only forwarding the voicemail.  Can anyone point me in the right direction.

The only way I can think to pull that off is the Accept and Relay Message Action. That would allow you to send a copy of the voicemail to the manager’s inbox via the SMTP Smarthost.
