Can anyone recomend best practice for backing up Unity? I am running 4.0(5).
I am running Veritas Backup exec 10. Any specific files that I should be backing up would grealty be appreciated.
Also, can someone recomend a good SQL backup plan. Which DB's should be backed up?
We had some techs install the system with no knowledge transfer.
Thanks

You can use DiRT (Disaster Recovery Tool) which you can download here:
http://www.ciscounitytools.com/App_DisasterRecoveryTools.htm
You can perform real-time or scheduled backups. I let DiRT backup Unity to a network location and then let our backup software backup that folder on the network.
Hope this helps.

This doc is a bit dated but still applies:
Veritas Backup and Restore for Cisco Unity (3.1.5, 4.0) on the ICS7750
