Thanks for all of the helpful information. In regards to websense, how has your experience been? We've had the product almost 2 months now and it seems like certain sites do not play well with the proxy. Amazon Cloud has been a huge pain for us. A lot of TCP resets sent from Amazon and Websense can't figure it out. I wanted to be 100% that our Cisco setup was configured correctly. Travis, This is great information. I have a follow up call with TAC today regarding what impact this puts on the 7010's. We have 2 7Ks with the VPC peer link. I've setup WCCP withiin websene with both 7K SVIs that the appliance sits on. In our case, our server VLAN = 10.1.150.x/24 with Core 1 = 10.1.150.253 & Core 2 10.1.150.252. I did notice that the default MASK value is set to 0x1741. Since we are using two routers, should I change to 0x2? We are running on version 5.2(1) of Nexus. I'll look into performing an upgrade during some downtime. Thanks again for the information. Peter

Travis, Do you need the reverse path statements within the ACL? We are deploying websense as well and have seen issues with GRE going through the ASA. I'm looking at configuring wccp through our 7010's with a V5K.

With Call Manager 7, I can't figure out how to import CDR records cleanly into SQL 2005 database. The "INTEGER" fields are causing the import to fail. I would like to be able to seach the database like on CCM 4.x. Anyone have any thoughts or stored proceduers that may help with this? I'm not a SQL guru, so any help would be appreciated. One thing I noticed was if I plugged the phone into a port where another phone was already registered, the phone would boot up with no problems. Once I put if back on the existing switchport, I still have the same issue. Both switchports are configured exactly the same. Just a few phones that were in our inventory that were registered to the prior 4.x system. The DHCP server keeps coming back as 255.255.255.255. I've tried the factory reset on the phone as well.

We recently upgraded from CUCM 4.x to CUCM 7.x. When booting up phones that were previously registered with CUCM 4.x, the phone sits at "Configuring IP". This was a migration from 4.x, so all IP address schemes are the same. The phones are getting the IP address from DHCP pool on switches. Could this be a CDP issue? Are there any issues if I perform a CDP reset? Didn't want to break anything without verifying. Thanks

If you do not use DMA, is there a way to bring over speed dials, fastdials from CCM4.1 to CUCM7.0 using BAT? I've done the DMA from CM4 and applied the DMA to the install of CM7. Since we are still in the testing process of CM7, changes to users fast dials are not being captured. Is it possible to pull the data from SQL?

Does anyone know of an upgrade patch from IPCC Express 4.0(5)? We are in the process of upgrading Call Manager from 4.1(3) to 6.1. I notice IPCC 5.x and 7.x are supported but did not see a clear upgrade path in the documentation. If anyone has any advise, please let me know. Thanks
