I had a question possibly not unity related but so i get an Outside caller and the caller is routed to unity for the opening greeting. From there the caller knows if he dials DN 103 he will get 103. But I want to put a block on DN 100-150 from inbound callers. So all callers will not directly access those DN but all internetwork callers can.
Anyone have any thoughts or answers. I would love to hear them. Thanks.

One way to do this is to have outside callers get routed to a specific call handler that locks down the ability to transfer (you can turn off all transfer capability) or locks down specifically the "1" key - if you lock it and set it to "ignore" on the user input page it will effectively lock them out from dialing any extension starting with 1.
Internal callers can be routed to the standard opening greeting that lets them dial anything...
You can check out more about how to lock down call handlers or "trap" outside callers in a handler or a set of handlers in the "Audiotext applications in Unity" paper on the Documents page of www.CiscoUnityTools.com...

Thanks for the reply Lindborg,
I have that audio text application which i can't live without. The problem in my situation which never is simple is that i have DN from 150-200 which inbound callers are allowed to talk to. So if i locked down the 1 key then nobody below 200 would get a call. I asked if i could possibly move up DN's on allowed callers but it wasn't an option. I appreicate the help.
Thank you.
