Hi,
I'm getting an error when running the Bulk User Delete Tool on Cisco Unity 11.x
The error seems to occur when running the tool to clear messages from mail boxes. About hlaf way through the process the follow error occurs:
ERROR [HY000] [Informix][Informix ODBC Driver][Informix]Could not do a physical-order read to fetch next row. sqlerrm(tbl_folderitem)
If continue is chosen nothing happens, if quit is chosen the app closes.
If I try to run the delete process again it throws the same error on the first user. and won't work.Does anyone know what it is and how to fix it?
