I would like your support with troubleshooting the following issue;
I would like that an email notification to send everytime cucm completes or fails the backup process;
I did configure it just like it was told here: https://community.cisco.com/t5/collaboration-voice-and-video/cucm-email-notification-when-backup-completes-drs-backup-email/ta-p/3161759
Also, I've configured the alert to be sent to my email server as well:
- Choose System > Tools > Alert > Config Email Server.
- Enter the hostname of the mail server in the Mail Server field, and enter the port number in the Port field (25).
- Enter the e-mail ID that you would like to get the emails from.
Still, for some reason, when the backup is completed I still don't receive any emails from the RTMT.
Could you please help me on how to troubleshoot this issue?
