I am trying to do the following:
Call comes in on PRI with telco sending the digits of 8830
Based on the following schedules the call should get transferred:
Mon-Fri 8am - 6pm
Transfer to 3830
Mon-Fri 6pm - 9pm
Transfer to 4830
Mon-Thur 9pm- 8am, Friday 9pm - Monday 8am, Holidays Transfer to 8840
I need help implementing this in Unity with call routing and call handlers. How can this be accomplished?

create a schedule for each time frame and then create the necessary call routing rules assigning each one the right schedule

I set the schedule in the call routing rules, but they have no affect and the only rule that matches is the rule with the schedule of always.

have you considered TOD on the CUCM side?
