unity connection 10 schedule time for work hour

I have 2 shudule time for work houre and 1 shudule time for close example work1 8.00 AM - 17.00 PM work2 17.00 PM - 19.00 PM  and close 19.00 PM - 8.00 AM for each work and close time I have difference greeting I try to use standard and close greeting but not work

OK, so for all purposes, you only have 2 time frames, 00:00 to 8:00, 8:00 to 19:00 and 19:00 to 24:00, correct??

Did you create, and assign, the schedule to the call handler??

Did you enabled the closed greeting??

You can look at the port status monitor to find out what is happening.

no I have 3 time frame

1. 8:00 AM - 17:00  PM greeting for this time (work time)

2. 17:00 PM - 19:00 PM greeting for this time (work time)

3. 19:00 PM - 8:00 AM greeting for this time (close time)
