Hi,

We've installed Cisco UCM 10.5 and, for now, threee devices:

two 8945 and one Sx10.

All devices can call/videocall others but only in point-to-point mode.

We can't meke a multipoint conference, in this case we can hear only audio.

We 've setup UCM MRGL and point SX10 Multipoint Mode setting to UCM Media Resource Group.

Also SX10 UCM device configuration use Call Manager Media Resource Group.

And, into MRG, ther are also two default Conference Bridges CFB 2 and 3 (registered correctly).

what else I need in addition for setup at least a basic videoconferencing?

thanks!

The SW CFB from CUCM is audio only, you need a lot more HW and SW to do that

Multipoint support

Cisco Ad-Hoc Conferencing (requires Cisco UCM, Cisco TelePresence Server, and Cisco TelePresence Conductor)
