I'm currently working with a client who's stil on unity connection 2.1. We are going to get them upgraded to 9 late 2014 as soon as the network becomes stable. We are unable to open up a TAC case as the software is out of support.
What
The problem the customer is having is that users aren't able to call in and leave voicemail messages, and users are getting "mailbox full" messages as well.
What i found during research.
Today's problem is that the common partition is over 94 percent. We have deleted log files, and "bad mail" messages(not part of the common partition), but we are still getting the high water mark errors. We have checked for core dump files as well. I'm sure this could be something else as I move around the system, but these are the things I noticed in 1st looking.
