Is it possible to configure the 0 out feature to an alternate contact using a CSV file?

Hi - I do not see this as an option using the BAT tool, which uses the csv file - reference link here - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/7x/user_mac/guide/7xcucmacappa.html#wp1013589

However, this can be accomplished using Bulk Edit, which can update many subscribers at a time. Have you considered this option?
