Hello, I have a Unity Connection 7.1.3 cluster, and I have the Message Aging Policy set to permanently delete after 2 days and it is enabled at the user level also. It seems that at some point in the last month this stopped working.
I do not believe that I am affected by CSCsv92357, since this appears to have been fixed in 7.1.3. The cluster has been rebooted recently, and all the services are running. The full version number is 7.1.3ES26.32900-26. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi
Did you resolved your problem because I have the same issue?
Thanks

Yes, I did actually. I should have updated this thread.
I ended up having to open a TAC case on it, and the tech had me run the following command:
show cuc dbserver disk
Dbspace Dbspace Size Used Free Percent
Number Name MB MB MB Free
9 dyn 256.0 256.0 0.0 0
The "dyn" database using 100% of its allocated space was the cause of my issue. TAC increased the size to 1566 MB and restarted the Tomcat service. Changing database parameters requires root access, so you will likely need TAC's assistance, unless you have rooted the box (not even sure if this is possible in 7.x or 8.x.)
Hope this helps.
