Hi,
Soooo trying to setup a call handler in unity to answer a call then play a recorded message and then route the call to a hunt group in call manager.
This is what I've done so far.
- Create hunt group (with line group, hunt list and hunt pilot)
- Create CTI Route Point and add the inbound extension with fwd all to voice mail ticked
- Create System Call Handler "A" in Unity connection, then under greetings activate the "Alternate" greeting record the message.
- Create another call handler "B" with the transfer option "Alternate" enabled pointing to the hunt pilot number
- In the Call handler "A" with the custom greeting change that "Alternate" Greeting to hand of to the other call handler "B" with the transfer option to the pilot number.
Issue is the call comes in gets forwarded to the unity call handler plays the message then doesn't route to the Hunt Pilot number, instead it gets routed to operator.
Question is do I have to configure the same partitions in Unity Connection (CSS) as CUCM CSS (for hunt pilot number) for the call to be routed back from unity to the cucm server?
