Any ideas on changing from "Enter your pin follow by pound" to "Enter your password ...."

The User Experience team dictated that all phone products across the board use "PIN" and all web based apps used "Password" - lots of folks hated "password" for the phone because it got confused with the password used for web based access to various apps (inbox, PCA, ...) - not suprisingly when we changed it some folks want it changed back.

Unfortunately this is a VTG wide directive and is not optional. So far as I know, none of the products in VTG will make this adjustable - PIN is the term to be used moving forward.

...that's all fine and dandy, but when the Cisco PCA pages still use the term "phone password" it sort of puts a wrinkle in things. ;)

Trying to figure out how to write my documentation now....
