Unity Connection 8.6.1 - Exchange 2003 / 2010

I have an existing UC 8.6.1 integration with Exchange 2003.  I need to add an Exchange 2010 server.  Does anyone have a step by step process to perform this installation?  I have not found any docs that are particularly helpful.

You will need to follow that guide.  In your case, you'll be setting up a new UM service that is based on the Exchange 2010 integration being added.  So, as you did for the 2003 integration - you'll start by adding the appropriate service account, verifying authentication and SSL settings on 2010, then setting permissions and removing EWS throttling limitations.
