Unity Connection 8.6.2a to latest code

                   I am having issues with  a Unity Connection upgrade. The primary server did the upgrade no issues. Th esecond server is failing with a error messages

Installation of UCSInstall_UCOS_8.6.2.22900-9.sgn.iso failed

An unknown error occurred while accessing the upgrade file.

I have downloaded new images same thing. I reboot between failurre,

Fixed,., Re did upgrade on publisher and then restarted subscriber
