Unity Connection AA:
When an external Caller calls the main Board number, he/she will be greeted with an initial greeting followed by the prompts to select an option. When the external Caller selects an option, he/she will be transferred to the respective department. While waiting for the department to answer, instead of hearing the ringback tone, is it possible to play a custom music file to the caller ? please let me know the procedure to do the same.
