Hi,
when I try to login into the Unity Connection Bulk Password Edit I always get the error "System error -902" Server not found or ODBC Proxy is not enabled.
The "server name" I entered in the Bulk Password tool is answerering resolving the DNS name.
The OCBC Informix driver is installed and a System DSN is created with these settings:
Server Name: ciscounity
Host Name: <DNS name of CUC>
Service: 20532
Protocol: onsoctcp
Options: empty
Datebase Name: UnityDirDB
User ID: <admin user of CUC>
Password: <password of admin user of CUC>
Are these ODBC settings correct and why the login to Bulk Password Edit is not working?
Another question would be if it`s possible to change a users voicemail pin via CLI like using "utils cuc reset password ..." for changing the web-password for a user-account?
BR

There's no need to setup a DSN - all you need to do is install the Informix drivers and configure the Unity Connection server to enable the ODBC proxy service and log in with an account that has the remote access role.
The help file has a section walking through the steps titled "Connecting to Unity Connection 7.x or Later"
there's also a training video on the home page called "ODBC Access Basics" which you may find helpful.

Hi,
yes I already was abel to login to Bulk Password Edit. The problem was the the Database proxy service was not started.
Is it alos possible to change a users voicemail pin via CLI like using "utils cuc reset password ..." for changing the web-password for a user-account?
