unity connection : call handler

Hi,

Have anyone encountered such an issue on Cisco unity connection 7.x ?

1) Call handler has assigned a number 3xxx

2) Whenever call the number able to go the 'standard' 'closed' message

3) but when I get to the standard profile and closed profile there are no annoucements in there for me able to retrieve the annoucement back to my laptop

4) Any tool to check and trace the call ?

Hi Alan

I would try this Tool from the excellent suite of Unity Tools to have a look

at the call flow to see what Greeting is being hit within Unity Connection

when 3xxx is being called;

Port Status Remote Monitor for Connection (rPSM)
