I'm researching what sort of information we can get from Unity Connection (we're on 8.6) using our SNMP management platform(we have solarwinds)
I was looking through the values in CISCO-UNITY-MIB and noticed a variable called CiscoUnityServer status. It reports the status of the main Unity process and changes values depending on the state of that process. My question is what exactly is this monitoring the state of in Unity Connection? I don't see any process in serviceablity called Unity. I was able to test the variable and came with a 3 (running) so it seems like it is reporting on something. I just don't know exactly what that is. Any clarification would be appreciated. thanks!
