Unity Connection database proxy

Unity Connection 10.51.

Database proxy service started ok

Database proxy number of simultaneous connections is available in admin>advanced>connection administration , however i  still cannot see the database proxy timer setting. Must be something silly i have missed or is this a bug ?

Thanks Rob, My cobras is still saying there maybe a problem with the proxydb timer hence I cant login....jeff

Those are generic messages which gives probable causes of connection failure as the same version of COBRAS can be used for older versions of  Unity Connection which has this timer.

A few checks,

Ensure Database proxy service is started. 

Ensure Remote Admin role is assigned to the account
