[Unity connection] delay to acces voicemail

Hello,

Unity Connection : v8.6.2ES25.21900-25

When I try to access voicemail from any IP Phone, It is getting some delay to access that... 2 rings before to access the voicemail.

I've check on Internet, i found two post about this problem, but all the solution don't work for me.

RAM : Ok

TSP : Ok

Any idea ?

Hello Emmanuel,

Is the Sub line group first in the Hunt List? Try assigning first the Publisher, or the other way around and test.

Also check replication on CUCM and CUC.
