Is there a way to have Unity Connection automatically email the administrator or the user when their mailbox is full?

Bump..?
We and most of our clients have their voicemail (AND FAXES) from their voicemail delivered to their email boxes.
Once the mailbox on the Cisco becomes full (because users never interact with them) they stop working.
How can old messges be deleted automatically (or even deleted once sent to email)
This is becoming a big problem as there doesnt appear to be any notifcations given.
