I've built up a new Unity Connection Cluster on version 8.6.
When the Publisher server is operating as Primary I am able to login to Unity Connection Administration on bot the Publisher and Subscriber servers.
However, If I initiate a cluster fail-over so that the Subscriber is operating as Primary I am only able to login to Unity Connection Administration on the Subscriber server - when I try to login to Unity Connection Administration on the Publisher I received a "Log on failed" error. (NOTE: this is a different error than if the credentials were misstyped)
Has anybody come across this before?

Additionally, when I attempt to view the services status of the Publisher server from the Subscriber server while the subscriber is operating as primary (Unity Connection Servicability > Tools > Service Management > etc.) I recieve this error:
Unable to communicate with service control center. The password for ucnadmin (the administration account that was created during installation) may be locked out or expired.
The application administration account does NOT appear to be locked out or expired though
