unity connection high cpu ?

i have 

2xcucm 10.5.2

2xcuc  10.5.1

2xcup 10.5.2

my unity connection is showing high cpu usage on my solarwind with over 90% usage , the below screenshots from the cli and the cuc os system page show the usage detail but im not sure what can i do to reduce it , i tried several times to shut off and on and to restart it with no use , please help???

Does VM specs match OVA Template.

Whats the underline HW?

Have you noticed any performance issue on VMware ESxi ?

User is consuming most of the CPU.

check the output of "show process using-most cpu" and restart specific service,if not you can reboot specific server.
