Here is the scenario :-
IP Phone B - set to No Answer internal to Voice Mail.
IP Phone A calling IP Phone B . IP phone B does not answer and call forwards to voice mail.
Then IP Phone A hears " Enter Your Pin followed by # " , IP phone A dials his pin and then he is getting his own greetings as if he pressed his Phone " Voice Mail " button.
Both User A and User B are added to Unity Connection Voicemail box Users.
CUCM integration with CUC is SIP. and CUCM and UNITY vers : 10.5(2)
What Could be the issue ?
