Hello,
I have a Unity Connection v9.1 and I was trying to record a greeting audio using a phone, but when I press the record button with the option record from phone selected I get an error message with this:
"An unknown error occured. Details"
The active Phone Number is 4108 and the Time index is -1
The Server 10.201.70.3 reports the following:
Code: 1
Description: Unknown Error
I attached an image with the error.
The 4108 is the extension number and the 10.201.70.3 is the Unity Connection ip address.
If I choose record from PC it works fine.
I already have an Auto Attendant and Voice Mail configured without any issues.
Please your advice.

Check if the Phone system the user is using is selected for TRAP.
Ex- Under Telephone Integrations->Phone System->Checked "Default TRAP Switch"
