Hi all,
We recently did a Unity 8.6 to 10.5 upgrade. Our client uses an SMTP notification device for all the users, and the behaviour between versions seems to have changed.
In 10.5, the email is working correctly, but has no subject. In 8.6, the e-mail would be sent with "Message Notification: Voice Message from xxx". Is this a configurable option somewhere on the system?

Hi Sean,
I would assume if you have a template set for all the users, if so have you gone in and looked at the Notification Devices > SMTP ?
The body and subject sections are towards the bottom.

Having the same problem with unity connection 10.5(2)

Hi Bernhard,
TAC eventually passed it back to the development team and a bug has been raised for the issue. No fix for it so far, but the workaround seems to be to use another locale as it seems to be British locale problem only.
