Unity Connection user data "greetings" migration 8.0 to 9.X

Hello,

I have a customer request to migrate user mailbox "greetings" only in phases from Unity Connection 8.0 {MCS} to Unity Connection 9.X {VMware}. It will done in phases 2100 users, I need to have both old and new Unity Connection servers running at the same time, so not a back up and restore situation.

Is there a tool like "Cobra" that I can use and or is there process or migration documentation that I can access to do this? I'm trying to understand what is involved so I can price this for the customer.

Why not use COBRAS and migrate selected users wtih their greetings?

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your response. Yes I've been on the Unitytools web site and watched some informational video's on Cobras etc. I was hoping to find a little more information on the process to use Cobras so I can try to determine how many hours it will take to migrate 2100 user mailbox greetings. It looks like an educated guess may be the answer until we try this in a proof of concept I think but again, thanks.
