Unity Connection Web Inbox - unable to play msg in Google Chrome

Problem happens in both win7 and win10. QuickTime installed. IE11 and Firefox both play msgs OK. Using Chrome, the following error appears:

HTML5 audio compatible browser or QuickTime Plug-in not found.

Any ideas?

What is the version of Chrome you are using there

Google Chrome says up to date.

version 59.0.3071.115
